During my tenure on the coordinating committee, I served as co-moderator of the network for a one-year term, facilitating meetings with another woman as we overlapped in a fluid model of shared leadership. My experience with NNPCW taught me ways to facilitate consensus-model decision making, encourage mutual invitation in meetings, and model mutuality within a patriarchal corporate hierarchy.
